If we can't get it to pass within 30 days, you get back everything you paid us for the Starter. The app and your phone plan are billed by those companies, not us, so we can't refund them. We'll help you cancel the app.

Who pays for the app?
You do, straight to the app company, on your own card. We don’t get a cut. You can cancel it with them.
Do I need the $199 checkup?
Only if you use Jobber, Housecall Pro or other software. Cell phone shops go straight to the $399 setup.
Do I have to buy new software?
No. We use what you already have. If something costs extra, we tell you the price first. You decide.
Jobber says no setup needed. Why pay you?
It turns on fast. But it only knows what someone tells it. We teach it your shop and test it.
Can’t I just do it myself?
Sure. Some owners do. You pay us to get it right the first time, test it, and keep checking it.
Does this replace my office manager?
No. It covers the calls she can’t get to. After hours, lunch, when she’s on another line. She stays in charge.
Will it sound like a robot?
It is an AI voice, and some callers will notice. We set it up to sound like your shop and keep it short.
Who owns it?
